If the panel is off its rail
Stop forcing or repeatedly testing the door. Keep people away from a loose panel or damaged glass, and arrange professional assessment. Do not lift a heavy glass panel out of the frame or hammer the rail to make it fit.
A panel that appears reseated can still have damaged hardware or incorrect clearance. Normal movement, closing and locking should be checked after the underlying issue is addressed.
What can cause recurring derailment?
Possible causes include worn or damaged roller assemblies, debris at the travel path, a damaged running rail, incorrect adjustment or an alignment problem in the panel or frame. These possibilities can overlap. Grinding or dragging alone does not prove which component failed.
Describe where the problem occurs: throughout travel, at one location or near closing. Mention prior repairs and any visible movement in the frame. A photo of the complete opening and accessible track can help us prepare, but does not replace an inspection.
Track cleaning has limits

Cleaning will not restore a worn bearing, cracked roller housing or damaged rail. Use lubrication only as directed for the specific door and hardware. Some tracks should remain clean and dry; blanket silicone spraying is not a universal repair.
Roller replacement and alignment
A technician should identify compatible rollers and inspect the track before fitting replacements. Panel clearance, travel and latch engagement need to work together. Replacing one component without checking related wear can leave the original symptom unresolved.

Track repair or another assessment?
A technician may recommend cleaning, compatible track repair or replacement, or another assessment if the frame or opening is involved. Improvised hammering, added screws or a mismatched track cap can affect clearance and drainage.
